      Terrible place to work

      Only pros I can think about is the location

      Cons

      Terrible place to be in. Need to know how to please your manager. Uses bonus carrot to bully and a way of saying good bye. Think twice before you join IT department. Couple of people rule the IT if you are not in their good books you will be get bullied every day.

      Good knowledge people, always wiling to help.

      Cons

      - draconian agile processes, spent more time in agile ceremonies/meetings and talking about development than doing actual development - frequently asking to join irrelevant meetings - constantly micro-managed on how work was assigned in sprint planning - old tech

      Pros

      Overall the people are quite nice, but the structure is flat. People stay for years and are unwilling to leave.

      Cons

      A bit stagnant, the managers have been in the same positions for years and there is no room for progression as the heads and senior managers are also fixated on their positions.
