      A company on the rise, great thought leadership, extremely well run, highly competitive products, great base

      Pros

      Fantastic product roadmap, very happy customers, from a sales perspective product compares really favourably, scalability is an excellent technical differentiator and the company is full of really smart people who are passionate about taking the company to the next level. From a sales perspective is a genuine opportunity to over achieve, targets are very fair and structured to reward, salary very competitive. This is a go to organisation for top sales people who want to over achieve.

      Not the largest by turnover, but don't have any baggage because of it

      - Promotes wellness and culture - Good salary and benefits - Great Teamwork

      Cons

      - Private Equity owned ruining company culture, employees treated as numbers. Short term decision making to meet numbers for PE, mag leave the company broken at the end. - Loss of many talented people who aren’t replaced.

      Pros

      Some great people, the ethos, reliable products and market conditions (such as end-of life for competitor) gave Bluecat an opportunity to substantially increase market share, particularly in EMEA & APAC.

      Cons

      Change of ownership, management and channel reshuffles made it difficult to retain and increase customer base. Still very US/Canadian centric meant lack of autonomy elsewhere with red tape.
