      i am lucky as an Engineer as i get to do core domain work in this company. my practical skills get enhanced due to the kind of work i get to do. also you can show your creative skills. it is encouraged and you become more confident. overall development happens. i see a long career over here.

      - work with latest technologies and cloud platforms - lots of exposure - lots of learning - team is very helpful

      - expectations can be unrealistic sometimes. But that's more of a people issue than a whole company issue.
