Great Team, Heavy Workload, and a Challenging Client
Pros
Most of the clients are great to work with and some of them provide a challenge you won't experience elsewhere. Team is great to work with and collaboration is welcomed. CEO is technical and understands the plights of today's I.T world and is approachable. Many opportunities to learn something new or up-skill. One hour week dedicated learning time.
Cons
Having team members rostered for on-site client support while needing to perform Level 2/3 tasks can create immense stress due to the necessity of juggling escalations alongside routine entry-level responsibilities. Being on-site for a client location for five consecutive days can be challenging for those who do not live nearby due to travel time. There are disparities in how contractors and full-time employees are treated, despite contractors' capabilities to efficiently perform entry-level tasks on-site. Working with a certain client can be difficult due to inconsistent communication and management on their end, which can lead to increased stress for the team.
