Pros

Great work and life balance, the company really values and trusts its employees. When you work hard, get results and are pro-active the company rewards you with trust and freedom. You are able to choose how to work with your clients and to plan your own work schedule - you can ask for help when you need it, but there is no micro managing in this company. The opportunities that are given to you are great and you can learn a lot from senior people in the company, who treat you as equals and are involved in your personal growth.

Cons

The company is growing really fast and senior management is looking into different ways to expand - this happens really strategically but sometimes smaller tasks are overlooked. This does not have a direct impact on your daily work life and I do not experience it as a problem, but when these gaps are filled the company will run more smoothly.

Pros

Flexible Working Nice colleagues that will help you if they can

Cons

You can't talk to your manager about anything as feedback is not accepted or handled well. This sucks on a personal level, there is no HR department or anybody you can talk to either. On a professional level it also has a lot of impact, one senior manager has burned quite a few bridges in the industry and has a reputation because of his bad behaviour. Senior Management also makes product decisions that just won't work in specific geos or do not measure up with what is happening in the industry. When you share your opinion or feedback you are shot down and ignored, then Senior Management gets mad if something does not work out and starts threatening/bullying employees (even though they were told before something would not work.) - No Benefits, lower pay, no career progress possible.

Pros

Flexible, not a lot of office politics, offsite is awesome.

Cons

BlueStacks needs to look into the future. We can either be stumbling on something amazing or will miss the boat. If we want to grow it means putting effort in new users, monetisation, marketing, U.A and be able to fit in with the industry standards in order to be relevant, etc. Launching new projects, but not following through or putting the required effort into it.
