Nice bunch, but commission payment delayed

Pros
It was not as stressful as other financial companies I have worked for and they were relatively easy going with holiday requests and working times. Colleagues were also a nice bunch, it was a nice working environment in terms of people, managers and work culture.
Cons
The commission payment was delayed and actually at one point even cut from 3% to 2% for real estate investments. This is something that made me leave the company.
