Pros

Only the HR policy is good for the employee.

Cons

One of the worst company I have ever worked with, no planning at all. They give false commitment investors and employees too. They are into jewellery business but they hire people from FOOD and TELECOM industries for sales and BTL Activity. For customer service they hire people from hard core jewellery retail. The understanding & chemistry between these industry people are completely unbalanced. They are driving the sales in their style which is not acceptable in jewellery industry. They talk about impulse buying in jewellery which never happen in jewelley industries. They talk about productivity which never used in jewellery trade. They believe door to door selling which again never happen in jewellery. These people are giving daily target to CRO to get the business from offices and apartment, each CRO has to give atleast one sale in a day with minimum bill value of 25k in a day with caring a set of imitation jewellery, means if there is a team of 8 people they have to give 2 lacs sale everyday with zero inventory of stock and if it not happen they ask these CRO to put down the papers, I don't who has invested major investment in this fraud company, as they committed 4 times growth every year.....HOW FUNNY!!!!
