In an industry that still has major problems recruiting women, people of colour and members of the LGBTQ community, we make every effort to create jobs where anyone who wants a job in tech can find a job they love and a workplace where they can feel valued and welcome. We make no apologies for that. When we joined Glassdoor we did ask staff to leave a review in a companywide message; it had no mention of five stars or recruiting women, but we're happy to see so many positive reviews on the site and naturally would do anything we can to encourage anyone that wants a tech job in Cornwall to apply to be a part of our fast growing team.
