      Good product and fun to work with people who were equally enthusiastic about healthy living. casual environment & dress free juice

      Cons

      Training was inadequate. It was a bit trial by fire. Basically, you asked questions as you went along. This has most likely changed as they are now owned by Hain.

      Pros

      Some great people working there (but they probably won’t be there much longer) COO is fantastic - CFO is a good guy with good intentions

      Cons

      CEO is a terrible leader - alienates his people and is an ego maniac. The CEO respects no one and no one respects the CEO. Old school - behind the times business model and unwilling to make changes or even admit that someone other than himself might have input and constructive feedback. A horrible work environment. Company is on the verge of financial collapse due to poor and inscruplous business practices. Don’t get near this - run for the hills.
