      Pros

      It is a new company they supply uniforms . the plant is clean. Has a clean cafeteria.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. They take your holidays . make you work over. Supervision knows nothing about operation of equipment. One person runs entire company will not let any one make decisions. Most employees are on work release so company can get tax credits. People get hurt and never reported. Just a horrible place to work they tell you things to get you in and then change every thing . horrible place to work

      Stop hiring work release criminals in order to get tax credits from the city also stop wiring houses that are not code worthy and are fire traps the houses that you wired would Conklin Street are nothing but fire traps the Bold issues will show in the next few months or what a horrible job you guys did you should stop lying about having robots you have nothing but CNC machines cutting wood

      The starting salaries are commensurate.

      Cons

      Poor management. The sales team and designers do not know how to sell a home. Very poor designing of houses and input of necessary items for a high end build.
