Pros

Working with great customers and using top quality coffee machinery

Cons

CEO and Founders are more driven by real estate ambitions and personal profit than any sort of passion or knowledge of the speciality coffee industry. They throw money at their problems and bully through local laws by utilizing their legal power and other connections they have with judges in the New York area. Their Ethics are very questionable . The inner circle of upper management is anything but diverse. Everyone is Austrlian except for one person. They make business partnerships and fail to fulfil the terms of the agreements by withholding payments. I highly discourage working for this company at any level.

Pros

Working for Bluestone was a great learning experience.

Cons

Dear VC firms, investors, RSE, etc- As you have this unique opportunity to cherry pick the best of the best hospitality brands to resuscitate following COVID-19, please do yourself a favor and say "next" when evaluating Bluestone Lane. Here's all you need to know: Bluestone Lane was broken well before COVID-19 hit the States. The corruption and greed from the top down has ruined the lives of countless talented professionals. A colleague nailed it when stating the CEO "leads by mayhem and fear." There was never a day that your job - and livelihood - wasn't threatened at Bluestone Lane. Because of this the culture was broken & it became a game of who's + what department's fault is it (that we were unable to achieve unrealistic numbers that the CEO promised investors). Don't be fooled by the fake positive posts on here. If you want further proof, read the Indeed reviews before the "People" Team realize they have to spam there as well.
