There is no policy defined in this company everything running as per company owner mood whenever he wants he will change things. Owner behavior is very very rude and no sense of talking with people especially Mr. Maulik Patel who think he is one of the good directors so would like to clarify here you don't deserve Director position, go and learn some management lesson please. I will request everyone please please don't join this company because this place is really pathetic and worst.

Worst Management I've ever been part. No business sense & no knowledge of judging people & illiterate of what business they are doing. Cant hear the truth,just wants to hear what he wants to Company's strategy is to hire people when there is overload in work & then sack them and instead hire cheaper resources once their high qualified job is done. High level of politics and most of the major positions are acquired by relatives. No work life balance and the main thing is they dont respect the employees. If you are an employee then they think that you are their slaves as they are paying you.
