Intense leadership, little to no training in all positions, lacking diversity, poor management, the expectation is you're always online, even on vacation, they don't believe in putting out of office messages, you're always expected to respond. Salaries were very low compared to other companies, and this was justified by equity being offered. Very high expectations, most people have more on their plate than one person should be responsible for. Many mangers are the type to point fingers at their employees and not take accountability themselves

- Revolving door role (no upward mobility, no promotions) - No offered raises at the end of the year (unlivable wage with little to no bonus structure) - Limited communication from management besides "sell sell sell" consistently left out of meetings because RES' should only be "selling" - Hire mostly young employees so they can justify the ability to underpay - Inappropriate comments towards women made by upper management
