Pros

Decent money and hours, some really good people that invest time in you.. Shame they were in other sites and only visited couple of times a month

Cons

Management scared of the bullies on shop floor. No training provided to do my job like agreed at interview and induction. The top management seem to want to invest in the right staff. But the spineless management in the site were scared to reward hard workers as the lazy bullies would kick up so much fuss it wasnt worth it.

Cant think of much,poor management and retreat things over and over again does the customer know?

Cons

Avoid Derby all together. Bad culture and consistantly lying to customers, throwing away customer parts and passing failed cycles.
