      Christmas hamper and birthday gifts are standard lower than industry standard for pay rates.

      Cons

      No bonuses unless your a manager or sales based, no pay structures or reviews,

      Lack of direction

      On the outside seemed to care about us with personal gifts (birthday Christmas Easter) friendly staff

      Cons

      No communication regarding direction from head office. Lots of internal moaning. When we did talk to the support office. Seemed to be lots of dissatisfaction with Holland interfering.
