      casual work environment M-F workdays

      Cons

      they recycle through employees like underwear they treat their employees like dirt - employees are overworked and underpaid no teambuilding - everyone blames each other for mistakes the CEO is a pervert and tries to sleep with everyone in the office

      You gain industry knowledge that will help you when you move on and lots of contacts.

      Cons

      Small business that is desperately trying to keep up with the big guys. No growth potential. It's a fly by the seat of your pants company. Drama filled, tremendous work load, severely unpaid.
