Use to be a great company.
Cons
They don’t really care about their employees. Compensation is not equal to the market. People keep leaving and being let go. They don’t backfill them position, so your workload just keeps growing. Leadership is out of touch with reality.Every year for the past several years employee morale goes down, employee retention goes down, employee acquisition goes down, and profit goes down. Might be a sign that people at the top need to be changed.
