Pros

Management doesn’t have any common sense and will buy into BS without thinking logically about the situation.

Cons

There is no focus or direction. Middle management plays the executives like fools. Lies, made up stories and politics are all used so the less work gets done and they can watch CNN or Suns games without distraction. Anyone with ideas on how to change things up or be more efficient is seen as a threat. They’ll even go so far spreading lies to get the executives to start hating the new employee. Middle management even brags about having the CEO and executive under their thumb because they’ll believe anything they say. Too bad the CEO doesn’t realize they’ll waste $50K of his money to prove a point and laugh it off.

Pros

The fact it was remote and that's about it.

Cons

First off they hide reviews so notice if you try and google anything about them not much comes up including on Indeed which they do use this platform to post opening. They also hold you captive and will not provide you a release while firing you after finding out you developed a health condition that requires you to need health insurance which they also do not provide nor pto or any other benefits. The training was poor and you watched a ton of videos on your own with no one there to assist or for you to ask questions to. The brown nosers of the company are the ones leaving any of the good reviews and the bad ones you hardly ever see bc they remove/ban/etc them. Petty and no benefits is not a cute mix.

We offer an Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement for benefits allowing employees to select off their local marketplace which benefits would be beneficial for them. In 2023 the reimbursement is $350 for a single person and $450 for single with dependents, married, and married with dependents. This helps make benefits affordable for our employees. We do have a 90-day waiting period for employees to become eligible to participate. We also offer a 401k with a 4% match once employees become eligible after 192 days.
