Some WFH day due to company budget cut ( they are stingy ) Free lunch Mon-Thu ( because the company is far away from food places )

Some colleague told me they got 10 USD as ANNUAL RAISE, what a joke. No overtime payment, No new year party, No activities, People work like rats. Work is highly overload-high stress, and this comes from someone in a 3rd world country., my colleagues face many health issues working here even though we are still young. No career path, you shall die in this position, if you don't leave. Dysfunctional team - you are the team in the whole department in BU. Expect to overwork and doesn't get raise. Your boss expects you to go home late, and comes early. You are responsible for everything including your boss's job. You will be burned out and feel isolated. They will order work that doesn't relate to your KPI.
