      The pay is reasonable for the type of work.

      Cons

      Sadly the department I worked in had a deeply ingrained bullying culture. If for any reason a member of staff didn't fit the mold they were bullied by management to the point of leaving. I watched over 8 members of staff treated this way in 18 months. The atmosphere in the office is so toxic that there is nothing pleasant about being there. Really sad as the company always boasts being a people company, just not in this department.

      Pros

      Great friendly people, high performers, dedicated professional. Great products and reputation in the market. Fairly autonomous in the ability to run your own business, well it used to be anyway !

      Cons

      Getting tighter anf tighter everyday with my immediate manager making poor business decisions that are costing the Company. Lots of talk about employees, but payscale going backwards for the last 5 years in line with the share stock value !
