*Lot of work without seniors to guide, so opportunities to grow is huge. *Snowflake certificate with money from your pocket, if you fail in the initial attempt i.e fear will get you the certificate. *Electrical engineers from IIT can join this computer engineering firm, heaven for them.

Cons

*If you are not from Jaipur, pls avoid joining as a senior(if good package), they will get things done from you & then lame reasons will make you switch. *No work-life balance, work from office with onshore clients where day starts at 10:00 AM IST. *They expect the work of Lead D.E if you are Data Engineer, no pay- parity.
