      Pros

      As I see, the company is now fully focusing on AI-based solutions. Initially, it was a bit difficult for me as a newcomer, but my colleagues were very supportive and helped me get up to speed quickly. There is a significant amount of work happening in AI, which is helping the company grow as a strong player in international markets. The current demand is quite high. Management is approachable and quick to respond. Work-life balance is good and manageable

      Not many eateries nearby, but food in cafeteria is free anyways

      High expectations, Processes still maturing, Role Clarity at times, Context Switching But all these are typical Startup problems which we can still live with.
