Pros
I cannot think of any pros unless you are a drug addict
Cons
Co workers do not speak English,there disrespectful, not enough employees, I worked most of my days off, I was declined earned PTO, employees on drugs and currently using drugs on the clock,multiple time clock errors 60% employer fault & a general lack of respect, lack of team effort, very poor management ethics, certain people in particular others not it all has to do with integrity & character.all in all I just had a very poor misfortunate experience.not nearly enough pay to support my family

Pros
Great people all super nice and easy to work with. pto builds up fast and will get more rate the longer you work for company. raises are possible to get it all depends on effort you put in.
Cons
hard physical labor will always tend to be sore. varying hours dependent on season will be less hours overall in winter and more in summer. you may have to deal with disgruntled bums or self entitled people now and then. machines are always breaking down or in semi working condition
