      I really cant think of any

      worked here for a year in tech support - boy I was lucky to get out its basically a call centre environment, answer the phone within so many rings.....you get the picture poor management - horrible office in horrible part of town center have to literally walk round the winos when going for lunch money is really low as well, funny - they have some old timers been there forever, I think they are past the point of even looking for something else -

      Charity works, running schemes and benefits.

      Cons

      HR team is horrible, I am not even sure what they do but they only help with sacking and hiring. Don't even feel the need to speak to the candidate. They need educating. Also, an environment is not great, too much talk behind the back of the team. too low salary, management is not professional and all English, they have a policy that stays away from foreigner employees.

      Pros

      I've read "Culture eats strategy for breakfast" and you can see that at Bottomline everywhere. Very successful growth company where the management are all-in and take care of you. Very commercially driven - moves fast and is fun to wake up to with real purpose where we are super focused on 'helping businesses pay and get paid'. Quite tough to get into the company (a good thing!) but if you are a cultural fit then you will thrive. The positive Covid response has been world class and will be remembered by many people here for a long time.

      Cons

      Not a very structured, process driven company which means those who are slow to adapt, need everything written down or don't like some ambiguity will struggle. Hopefully the interviewing process helps here but its always an imperfect science!
