Pros
If you like instability and toxicity, it's a great place to work. Some of the coworkers are great to work with, they really try their hardest to make things succeed, even though they are fighting a losing battle.
Cons
Constant revolving door, no stability. There does not have to be a valid reason to let a person go. You can be doing a great job and suddenly, one day, You're done. The environment is toxic, management isn't even secure. The owner makes snap decisions depending on how he feels one day. Vendor relations are strained. Too many of them won't ship until payment clears the bank. Job responsibilities are constantly changing. Because the workforce changes so frequently, the person new to that recently opened position, if it's filled at all, receives no training and has to learn the job on the fly. No consistency with work processes. Overall, a bad place to work. RUN. Run while you can before you are forced to run. Unstable environment. Can't say it enough, bad place.
