Decent compensation, some nice people

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing, they come up with new gimmicks regularly, and move on to the next when it doesn't work. They promote anyone that will suck up to them and not challenge them, and ignore loyal hard working employees. They have been in start up mode for over 7 years.

poor company culture. not a fun or healthy place to work. leadership is bungling and erratic. really don't know what to expect day to day.

"New & Improved" Bounty Design Features

It still shows some of the details such as salary, job description, etc.

Cons

Bounty recently "updated" their site. The new layout is terrible. It is impossible to do a search of any kind and obtain the results you are looking for. You now have to do a complete Boolean search for cities, industries, etc. Before, all you needed to do was choose an option from the dropdown menu. I can see this being a major downfall of Bounty. Agencies may stop using this altogether due to these difficult features. Also, you are not able to open any of the pages in a new tab.
