      Great colleagues and flexibility, but cost cuts hurt workflow

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues, easy going and flexible schedules, location is very close to many forms of public transport.

      Cons

      Continually cutting costs in the workforce is causing admin workflow to be slower and more inefficient. Staff have to cover work in other areas that is not originally part of their duties.
