Box Hill Institute interview questions

Questions that have been used in interviews 20yrs ago very outdated.Typical interview questions eg where do you see yourself in 5 yrs, very bland interview also they were 5mins late to the zoom.

I was told via email that I have been shortlisted for a group interview for the casual role of the EAL or TESOL teacher, when I arrived there were 25 other candidates in the room! This is not shortlisted, first of all. Secondly, we , all the teachers felt extremely upset that we were mislead by the role description, as it turned out that they were looking for a relief teacher only! So, this is not a casual teacher, as it was stated in the ad( ELICOS centres usually hire on a casual basis, yes, but the hours can stay from 10-25!) This was clearly a misguided and misleading ad! I lost my whole day of paid work just to arrive to realise that they needed "a teacher on the call ''.. extremely dissatisfied, ad the rest of the teachers who were there!
