Do not trust the positive reviews on here. The company has asked staff to inflate the ratings or to ask tutors that are liked to inflate the ratings here. Read all the negative reviews and you will understand how terrible the place is and why everyone is leaving. Three of four Customer Success Managers left within the last 2 months and no one is questioning why or their leaders. They're promising commission to multiple teams and then changing the rules to midway and started denying. Save yourselves the stress because leadership only cares about their egos and don't care if you're burnt out and crying while you work insane hours. Leadership speaks grossly negative of others in meetings.
