Nice offices. Some of the people are nice

Cons

A business obsessed with outward appearances - shiny, modern office; glossy marketing. Scratch the surface however and what lies beneath is chaotic and disorganised. No clear strategy or direction and very reactive as a consequence. Certain people in positions of authority abuse it and are accommodated despite their outrageous behaviour. Some may appreciate the soft benefits like free soft drinks and pool table but this only serves to mask the lack of pension, healthcare, bonus scheme, poor salary and lack of career path.

Nice company, friendly staff,pay is good for the work you are required to do as a data coded which is fairly tedious.

Cons

at the time I was there, lack of opportunities to go forward in your career or progress in organisation. Volume of applications was high but decisions were largely based on Likeness of staff more so that the qualities and talent individual can bring.

Can't think straight in open plan office. Most of them are so full of themselves it's unreal, they think they're saving the world with their pricing data
