      Pros

      close to home. fellow employees are mostly pleasant.

      Cons

      poor vision, poor communication. Lack of effective improvement. Mgt leads from the top down without benefit of "utilizing" employee input. unable to think outside the established/entrenched status quo. difficult to complete simple tasks with round about band-aid processes.

      None- if you hear of a job here RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

      Cons

      Even on the business side if you go to the bathroom too long or breathe the wrong way you will be reprimanded. Sexual harassment is everywhere in the office. Stay clear of certain people. They treat all their employees horrible and if you have an education be expected to be treated like a preschooler.
