      Pros

      Young, friendly atmosphere with great people. Family ownership is very supportive. Company is growing and profitable. Great bonus program...All employees, hourly and salary participate. Offices are nice. plants are clean. People like to have fun.

      Cons

      Tough industry with high expectations for quality and productivity. Management is great to work with but expects a lot. Multiple plants require travel. If you don't like challenge you won't like Brazeway depending on the job. Factory work is light though.
