Bad, getting worse

Pros

Staff discounts on their home brands.

Cons

Used to be better. But getting worse. Staff turnover extremely high. New faces every month. Work cannot be done efficiently due to the reason that work is handled by different person every now and then—high turnover. No increment for this year, only compensated with one time off of small token. All the good staffs left. Pay and benefits package are not competitive, join at your own risk. Overwork during peak period. No extra time off or compensated in monetary terms.

Pros

Progress can be fast if you know how to bootlick Place to hone your political skills

Cons

- Extremely toxic culture from top to bottom - SME and family run, the children are starting to run the show with no other experience - Bosses are so petty, stingy and low class, look down upon others and still have the cheeks to tell media “people first” - Company is already rotten deep inside, from bosses who live in illusion that they are the best in the world, to leeches who stick around because of their connections and management fighting to lick the bosses’ shoes instead of improving the bleeding business. - All good staff left, high turnover - Expect you to work like their slave and still thank them for a living - Unless you’re a Quek, join at your own risk. You’ve been warned.
