Pros

Breakthrough PT Marketing has a ton of pros including the opportunity to travel, an amazing team and culture, as well as a company vision to *help people* which is rewarding when putting in the extra hours. However the biggest pro (professionally) may be the opportunity for growth. As a company that is quickly expanding, you will be given the opportunity to grow professionally at external conferences and also with additional responsibilities within the company. This leads into personal and professional advancements that take several years in a more corporate entity.

Cons

The cons are very similar to other remote jobs and companies. You will be working from home so you will be expected to manage your professional schedule (won't be micro managed) and also your personal bandwidth (against overworking/ burnout). Ultimately, if you focus on block scheduling your time to work + your time to *not* work, you will be fine. I'd also recommend diving into recommended strategies on working from home online before starting as well.

Pros

The team and the people. That above all else makes BPTM a fantastic place to work. Super fun, authentic culture where people are encouraged, indeed rewarded for bring themselves. The flexibility of working remote is great, but that means nothing without a great team.

Cons

Can be isolating at times since you aren't physically connected to the team. Not many opportunities for colleague bonding outside of work.
