-Extremely cheap -Micromanaged beyond belief - this is a whole new level -Terrible product that targets your typical Cat Lady who enjoys playing memory match for worthless points -Parent company is not involved which has led to terrible leadership decisions -Every attempt at innovation has failed including trying to buy programmatic advertising, a UK version of the site (closed), and an Influencer network, compromised of people who aren't really influencers.
