-No work life balance, you are forced to be on call 24/7 and reprimanded if ypu cannot work due to poor scheduling or a call off. -dirty facility and Play yards, company does not give proper funding to maintain amd fix building, employees have to suffer and "make due" -employees are lazy, the laziest are promoted as long as you kiss Corp butt employees sabotage others work to look better and market leader buys into this -micromanagement is all they do here -health is only prioritized when called out by a pet parent. Feedings commonly missed and cleaning is no one's responsibility. -anyone who tries to make this place better is written off as a problem, and management gets rid of you. -HR is a joke
