2yThe work that we deliver for our clients is important, time sensitive, and impactful to their business and end customers. Our work matters and there is often pressure to meet tight deadlines. Having said this, it is equally important for Bridgenext managers to communicate effectively, clearly identify work expectations and provide professional and constructive performance feedback. We value the experience and knowledge that our long serving employees have gained over the many years that they have worked with us. We are also interested in creating a work environment where all of our employees can do their best work. If any employee is aware of something that does not meet this standard, we encourage that employee to reach out to the HR team so we can address the situation.
