Pros
Some good staff perks. Modern offices in a good location. Pay is fair.
Cons
Brigade is definitely a unique company. They give the 'we are like one big family' speel but the environment can be really nasty there at times. If you are a problem solver and enjoy seeking out ways to improve the company then based on my experience I recommend you look elsewhere where it may be more appreciated as they are pretty set in their ways and change is slow.
