Pros

Working at a 100% remote working firm was a new experience for me, but it has exceeded my expectations, in terms of still feeling part of a team and positive corporate culture while actually being more productive without the commute. If you have the temperament and self-motivation to work remotely, Bright!Tax allows and supports you to thrive.

Pros

A really great team of people working together, with good communication. It has been wonderful working with people from around the world and getting to work with them as though they were in the same office. Everyone works hard to provide high quality service to the clients. The flexibility of working from home is also greatly appreciated.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, it's been a very positive experience.

The team is extremely kind, caring, and collaborative. Constantly trying to improve the company & do the right thing. So many opportunities for growth - just have to be willing to drive them yourself. The company has not stopped growing since I joined so there are always more opportunities. Since they have been 100% remote since the beginning, they've got the flexibility setup down

Cons

If you require tons of structure and always a clear path, this might not be the place for you. There are certain areas where structure is clear and defined, as well as the growth path, but there are many ways to build it yourself and make it your own. People that make it their own will succeed more than those waiting for others to do it for them.
