      Pros

      It was a conducive environment both socially and professionally. Enjoyed working with colleagues because we worked together to assist each othee understand different departments.

      Cons

      Dealing with some sales agents was challenging since they needed training but ignored them. Worked on contract longer than expected.

      It was my very first job and very good learning experience. Stable and conducive environment for work. Open door policy which allowed people to come forth with ideas.
