      useless management

      Pay was fairly good. But then long hours

      Cons

      Poor management, weak and divisive, rarely in the office, untruthful and a liar at that. No support, hides away when there are serious customer escalations – leaves staff to take the fall. Untrustworthy, not fit to be a people or business unit manager/director. HR was the worse bunch of untruthful deceitful liars, caught out red-handed doctoring transcripts contrary to what was actually stated in meeting and proved false in the end through voice recording.

      Pros

      My colleagues have been excellent to work with - from SAN to IP networking to wireless to application delivery. Best work experience for me, and fantastic people. And we were all working towards a bright future...

      Cons

      Now broken into 8 companies. Broadcom's reputation is not good, but I do hope Broadcom look after the SAN business and support the remaining staff.
