      Over the past few years, I've had an incredibly fulfilling experience working at BDB. This mid-sized design firm boasts a remarkable team that collaborates seamlessly. The design projects consistently present both challenges and rewards, allowing me to evolve and flourish as a designer. The atmosphere is characterized by a welcoming and relaxed vibe, yet everyone maintains a strong work ethic, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and dedication.

      Cons

      The clients tend to be a bit micromanaging which can get in the way of creating the best design.

      Pros

      Everyone here works as a team. The owner is so hands on with both clients and staff. I have never seen him in a bad mood. Wonderful working hours and benefits. Spacious office building and access to supplies to easily accomplish any assignment. Exciting high end clients and projects. No negativity at all.

      Cons

      You'll get a daily work out with 3 flights of stairs. lol
