    Very easy to get in contact with the department and nice and simple process in finding a job

    The actual salary of the job was different to what was posted and brook street took no accountability.

    Communication. They have a large number of temporary staff members and not enough staff to deal with the requirements.

    Pros

    Pretty easy to sign up, I had applied for something else but when this wasn't available they helped me find this.

    Cons

    I know a few people who have had holiday days etc messed up but on the whole I haven't had issues

    Pros

    Overall helpful service. It took a while for them to make initial contact however, the service over the phone was good. The interview process was smooth. I received all the information about the role I was about to enter promptly and started a week later.

    Cons

    Sometimes email responces are a litlle delayed.
