      every year they bring to use new pay system to reduce our wages, no appreciation, no equal opportunity

      new high management, working with up to date technologies, learning oppurtunities

      Cons

      one way communication from most of the management (they are just telling what to do without listening), constant cost reduction mostly affecting of the salaries of the workers (different solutions to reduce the monthly payment of the salaries), high pressure on the working force
