      Lots of knowledge from long serving employees. Brand strength Product International team collaboration

      Cons

      Leadership out of their depth make rash and poor decisions impacting employees with little consideration. HR not there to support employees from this. Production processes and failures create lengthy and time consuming admin throughout the business.
