Pros

It have a work from home culture, so basically you are your own master. The course material and teachers were very helpful to guide and give real time example. soon after we completed our training we got exposure to the real project and seniors helps us to co-ordinate and speak with client and outgrow exponentially.

Cons

Need to add more process for evaluation.
