Everyone at Buildforce has been smart, talented, and kind. Most people follow a hybrid work schedule, so the weekly team lunches and the monthly game nights have been great opportunities to get to know everyone and to feel more involved in the team. Every role in the company has a direct impact on helping others find meaningful work in the construction industry. There are a lot of positive outcomes from the work that you do every day. The leadership team has been extremely supportive.

Only the typical growing pains that come with working at an early stage company.
