      Pros

      Everyone is treated like a grown-up, the social scene is good, the staff are really friendly, company news and updates are frequently communicated, great career progression if you, there's an annual bonus, flexible working hours, working from home, beer fridays. It's also a very successful company which is nice to be part of.

      Cons

      As the company is still growing, career opportunities aren't always very visible. Some of the processes need updating and the approach of trying to balance out everyone's view on how things should be done whilst also making decisions can lead to some people feeling a bit like their preference was ignored.

      Pros

      BB recognise that their staff are at the core of the business and treat them with respect. We are well looked after with private health care, etc. Great opportunities to grow within the business.

      Cons

      Heavily process driven and adjustment to the BB Way can be difficult. New starters are thrown in the deep-end with little support.
