      Pros

      Monthly pay on time. Amusing place to work at due to new dramatics in meetings each day.

      Cons

      Very toxic atmosphere with overbearing owner. Wasteful time spent for unproductive meetings with same things being repeated each time with no value addition. Profit oriented only, no employee satisfaction. High turnover of employees as a result.
