      Terrible Owners and Management

      Pros

      Employees in the shop are amazing.

      Cons

      The owner & Wells have ruined the company. All they care about is their egos. The company is toxic. HR is abusive to employees No one seems to know what’s going on.

      Pros

      The company makes money and the various incentive plans are good at all levels.

      Cons

      Lack of trust at senior management level. Dysfunctional while I was there. Many employees seem motivated to make themselves look good by making others look bad. High turnover in senior management. I was the fourth hired for my position in the prior five years. My successor is now gone as well.

      Get everything in writing. Little room for professional growth. High turnover in senior mgmt causes constant disruption.

      Pros

      When traveling - allotted expenses for hotel accommodations and meals are beyond reasonable. Friendly, helpful coworkers- many of which live & grew up locally. Plant (factory) employees overall are treated very well. Probably would be a good starter job out of college but not long-term.

      Cons

      Travel over weekends with NO comp time. A lot of promises that fall through. Senior mgmt. very micromanaging and obvious severe lack of trust amongst senior mgmt in general. Very high turnover overall in mgmt, sales force & the office in general. Lots of disgruntled workers and the high turnover creates fear and instability.
